B-Force Fitness is a unique 21 minute HIIT training method using B-Force Bands in combination w/ Progressive Resistance Training, Calisthenics Training & Cardiovascular Conditioning.
Classes are Monday - Friday from 7am -9:30am & again from 4pm - 6:30pm
Classes run every half hour.
